Speaker Bio
Speaker, author, and Bible teacher, Hollylu Jostes Coon is a popular keynote participant in women’s ministries, inspirational fundraising and conference events. Graduating from Biola University with an emphasis on Biblical Studies, Hollylu has written numerous Bible studies including Upcycle Me and Jericho Road. Her latest book, Salty, the Deconstruction of a Good Christian chronicles her journey into deeper authenticity as a Christ follower. With a speaking style that is fresh, funny, and loaded with content, Hollylu is positively received by diverse audiences. Passionate about her faith, Hollylu engages groups from the moment she steps on stage. Her goal: throw off “the baggage” and open doors to the Master Physician.

Hollylu resides in the bustling metropolis of Puyallup, WA. She is the author of The Girlfriend’s Guide to Getting Real with God, The Bible in 3D and Jericho Road, life application Bible Studies for women. When not at work, she avoids doing laundry by hanging out at Starbucks.
Hollylu is a Bible Study teacher at her home church, Lighthouse Christian Center. She speaks over 40 times per year and is a frequent keynote speaker at women’s retreats and conferences, MOPS and parenting groups, and women’s events. Her presentation style is light-hearted, packed with facts, and very interactive.
